“I sought out Tara because I found myself coming up against some of the same problems in my life over and over despite having studied the law of attraction. I had read all the books. I had tried positive affirmations, creative visualization, positive thinking, and much more. Some things had worked, but despite all the work, I still found myself at a less than ideal income level. “Tara was recommended to me as a great life coach. She offered a complimentary introduction session where we got to know each other, and I saw a lot of potential and was excited to start. “I initially began working with Tara to help me cope with the enormous amount of work-related stress I was experiencing in a new position. The stress was affecting me physically and taking a toll on my confidence as well. Moments into our first session, I found Tara to be very easy to talk to. She declared our sessions a “no judgement zone” where anything can be discussed. I learned how stress impacts the physical body and the need to take better care of myself by improving my eating habits and exercising regularly. She taught me simple techniques to use throughout the day to shift stress and all the negative emotions and self-doubt that came with it. Tara also helped me discover what makes me happy. “Working with Tara and her coaching was next level. I've always been the type of person that just doesn't mix very well with the whole manifestations and just thinking positive.
